Museum Café
  • For our grown-up visitors, the newly opened Museum Cafe Goetz (open Tue-Sun, 2:00-6:00 pm) offers coffee and cake in an exhibition on Utopias. Visitor can also bake their own pancakes. Another highlight are our mystery boxes. In a game against time, visitors can try to solve our riddles and crack the boxes.

The offering of snack and drinks in the Children's Museum continues as well:

  • UNIKATUM Children’s Museum has activities for very young visitors, including a large kids’ play area complete with a building site, a painting and drawing table, and things to make and do. We also have a family reading corner and few board games. Refreshments are available.

No outside drinks or food are allowed (apart from for children up to 2 years old). Please ensure you take any packaging waste away with you. Crockery can be hired for €0.80 per person. No food is allowed in the exhibition or the play area. Please note that the café is only open to paying museum visitors. Highchairs are available for young children, and there are step stools and a changing table in the toilets.

Im Sommer lockt der schöne Café-Freisitz im Hofgarten des Kindermuseums.
